New York, U.S.A . Tiny wooden box camera for one snap-shot on glass plate 2½ x 2½".
No plate holders, the glass plates were held in place by a spring on
the removable back.
The Shur Shot camera is a really simple construction with no viewfinder, a simple
meniscus lens and spring shutter.
The camera was advertised around
1897 for only 1$.
